The Push-Button magnet is part of Elematic’s FaMe Shuttering mold system. The magnet attaches parts of the concrete cast mold to the metal-surfaced casting base. The mold is fastened quickly, accurately and safely by a small yet forcefully strong magnet and can withstand forces caused by vibration motors at the mold table.
The body of the magnet is manufactured as a casting piece in one work stage and with minimal after-work. The design takes into account ease of use, occupational safety, cleaning and cost-effective productivity.
